Apple’s Pathetic Service

I bought a charger cable from an Apple IStore and after few weeks I realised it was faulty and I returned it to the same iStore together with a receipt. After reviewing the charger cable, the tech consultant informed me that it’s been rejected. I have no interest in Apple products anymore now but I am looking for an alternative.
