Apple you disappoint!!!!

I have had iPhones since I can remember and waiting for the 11 felt like years. So you can imagine when I got my purple 11 on Friday 6 days ago!!!! I was ecstatic, well that didn’t last very long. The “silent”button on the left was not working properly, battery doesn’t last longer than half a day, and the sound quality is horrid. Touch screen not so sensitive and pull down me u for shortcuts on sound, brightness and all those amazing features comes and goes on the phone.

Any way was going to live with that and then I had a little accident last night... yup eye sight not that good at night any longer. Slipped and fell down one step - bruises to show today! Imagine my surprise when I see the back glass of my “brand new” phone was cracked!! Was in my hands and didn’t drop it but that little fall cracked the back glass of my iPhone 11 “yup supposed to be rigid quality” NOT broke like it was paper thin!! Apple I would watch out for false advertising if I were you I woud be careful as your phone not so strong as you say it is hey!!! Advertising and reviews are quite questionable and your iStore said you can’t put your money where your mouth is . Me thinks you false advertising on a ****py phone - my iPhone8 and iPhone6 are much better quality and I have never cracked a screen after dropping g it or falling out my bag!

My advice to consumers is ..... do not buy an iPhone11 because it is **** and and the quality of your new phones are false and misleading and your suppliers and retailers back that up!

Seriously very disappointed in this and may consider Samsung for my next upgrade... super sad as I have a Mac and an iPad. Always been a Apple person but so sad about this incident - do not buy Apple quality and service is shocking.
