Apple will not help with there own software problem s

the trust verification settings under general settings is no longer there. I have been to multiple Apple stores and about 40%of the new phones no longer have this function. I have been shipped from istore to Cell C to Apple Support 0800 number to online support no one will help. This is an Apple problem but they don’t seem to care or are unwilling
