Apple Watch

My Apple Watch which I purchased 3 years ago while in the US, recently the glass popped out of the Watch unit. I was quiet shocked with this as I have never had any issues with my Watch. I took it to the Istore at Mall of Africa and was told that they going to charge me the price of a new unit as they don’t repair apple watches. Then she began to tell me that apple doesn’t ship original watch parts to SA. I am quiet disappointed with Apple as I have a MacBook, iPhone and an Apple Watch and I can’t believe they are not able to repair my Watch! I am not able to use my watch anymore and can’t beliebe that such a huge company doesn’t offer repairs to their watches in SA! I paid R15000 on my watch and I feel I could have bought another brand of watch that would have lasted me longer than 3 years!! Highly disappointed Apple customer!
