Apple useless and 3 months later nothing R16699 poorer

My son bought an iPad pro online on the 8 of December 2021 and today the 18th March 2022 nothing. Hanging online for 12 and more minutes to wait for an answer on when.......... still hanging online for ........ no answer. Please be very careful for what you order from Apple SA because they do not offer or deliver on time or ever
