Apple *******

I bought phones for my staff , but one left and didn’t reset the phone . So the phone is now activation locked , in other words the phone is useless . I contacted Apple the said I must phone Apple South Africa , well that is mission impossible. No one answers or they can’t hear you , so now I sit with a piece of s****, there are companies who can by pass but who has R3600 to do that I mean the phone used is that price . I will never buy another Apple product if that is the service they offer as all I get is the impression that you must buy a new one , what a load of ****** and takes , even the core group just fob you off on Apple . Apple have become as *********** as our government all they want is money
