APPLE TAKING MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT

I've been losing my money almost R 2000.00 with all the online purchase that I did not authorize for, I have called numerous of times it has been almost 3 months now that this has been going on and every time i call I'm told to wait days which has turned into the months!!!! I was told that all purchase and subscriptions will be stopped since i do not have any Apple device anymore. The transactions all go off in at once and in this case put my account into a overdraft!!! this month alone I've lost R 915.00. I cannot keep losing my money like this i work very hard for every cent in my account for you to just to take it just like that! I have changed banks but still my money goes anyway because i have had both banking apps on my Apple iphone! Stop taking my money !!! cancel all my subscriptions!!! cancel my Apple Id. I want out!!! ASAP !! Can someone contact me as i will not stop until Get my money back every cent
