Apple Support in South Africa non existent. How unprofessional!

It is crazy that there are no local Apple advisors to speak to in SA. I had to make international calls to technicians in Europe and the far east. Apparently, Vodacom doesn't support the toll-free number of Apple Support. If that is the case, I will be bankrupt when I receive my bill.
