Apple support

<p>Good day </p> <p>In last week sometime my iphone had gone on activation as i cant remeber my icloud password,so a fews days ago in last week i took my phone a away to vodacom,aple store and none of them could assist me,then i decided to go to apple in canal walk and they gave me details to contact apple support group.I took the deatils and decideed if no one can help me that should be my only option,and went ahead contacting apple support.well then i got assisted by a female and told me to wait 3 to 4 workings days once i sent them proof of purchase which i did for days passed they sent me a email saying then cant help me with the proof of purchase,well then i went to vodacom in canal walk and the glady gave me proof of purchase which i once again sent to apple support then today apple sends me anther email saying that is not the right proof of purchase i need to get proof of prchase for vodacom purchasing in at apple.first of all that is impossible and crazy how the hectic should i get that proof of purchase if thats the case i dont think vodacom.mtn or cell c should purchase there products from apple because if a client needs help like i do right now they wont be able to help me because i would need the purchase proof of vodacom buying the product from apple thats really crazy and impossible.I am furious as my iphone is not working and i might aswell throw my phone away, i wouldnt recemmend anybody to buy a iphone if they cant assist people when they need help.Thanks i hope somone can help me in this matter</p>
