Apple Subscriptions Dark Patterns Left My Terminally Ill Child Without Medication

I am absolutely disgusted and devastated by Apple’s subscription practices. Yesterday, while standing at the pharmacy trying to pay for medication and food for my terminally ill son, my card declined. Why? Because an app called "YouCam" silently pulled R600.00 from my account via Apple Subscriptions.Apple does absolutely nothing to warn you when a free trial is ending. There is no notification, no SMS, no email. They just quietly siphon the money out of your account. Do you know how heartbreaking and deeply disappointing it is to walk out of a pharmacy with a severely ill child because a multi-billion-dollar tech company took your last bits of money without warning?I reported this immediately, but 24 hours later, I am still waiting for a refund while my son goes without the medicine he critically needs. This is not just a customer service failure; it is a dangerous practice that impacts real lives.Apple needs to change its system to force user confirmation before a trial rolls over into a paid subscription. I need my R600.00 refunded immediately. My child cannot wait, he needs treatment for his Meningitis, his only 4 for heaven sake. I am in tears rn, this is the worst most inconsiderate thing apple can do to someone!
