Is there a reason why all Apple stores are so useless? The \technicians"are completely unknowledgeable. Trying to get hold of an Apple store is an insurmountable task too. I have tried to get hold of almost every single Apple store in the country and I continue being on hold for 10+ minutes and still no answer. Absolutely appalling. I love all my Apple products but for this reason alone"
