I once went to the Apple store at Fourways Mall. The staff there are very relaxed and they neglect customers when they walk in. I spoke to the staff while the manageress was standing next to us and she wasn't bothered. I also complained about the aircon as it was stuffy inside the store. The manageress kept quiet and didn't even budge to fix the problem. Her name is Lufuno Nedzamba.
