Apple Store Ballito

I Recently purchased the latest Apple watch series 10 cellular and GPS Walked in about half an hour before closing time as my current watch had just broken and I urgently needed to replace it as I was travelling.

The customer service, or lack thereof was very obvious from the outset. Perhaps they are used to treating all of their customers as though we are wasting their time, but in this instance I was a serious customer looking to purchase a high end device cash.

Firstly, the lady that assisted me rushed through the process without even considering that I'm a serious customer till I made payment for the product. She was unable to help me set up the device and quite clearly did not know the product that she was selling.

Her technician, Ryan, was then asked to assist with the setting up of my device that I had just purchased. He was very rude and condescending and told me that it takes too long and that I must go home and do it myself!!

It is clear from the attitude of the employees and manager that working at the Apple Store in Ballito is a dead end job for them. One of the most terrible examples of customer service and an experience I won’t ever give myself by going there again. I am truly shocked that I was treated this way by an Apple marketed store.

For me this place is not ever worth going back to. Terrible service and terrible experience!!
