Apple South Africa uses service providers that do not comply to TCF regulations

I store treats their customers from Soweto with so much disrespect, I order a phone online and was promised immediate delivery, later in the day I received a call from Kayise telling me that they don’t courier to my area. As a leading company in the technology space I would expect that their website would have a pop up stating the areas they deliver to. Now they are giving me the run around but they are sitting with R25899. Their delivery service provider is very prejudice and if they respected all their customers equally they would find a service provider that complies to the treating customers fairly regulation.
