Apple South Africa don't fulfil their Return Policy as they say they do.

I have been waiting for 21 Days to be refunded money for a new product. I waited patiently thinking they would be consistent with their service - oh boy was I wrong. Their process is not it hey. Their internal team is being completely nonchalant about not meeting their 10 - 14 days return policy period. It's completely unacceptable and throwing their sales teams under the firing line - it's giving "ivory tower" vibes for real. Do better Apple or does your brand not mean anything to you...
