Hi I have went into the I store In fourways to do a telkom upgrade unfortunaly i could not carry on with the upgrade because I could not receive my otp so I said to the consultant it's fine leve it I am not going to do the upgrade because I live atleatst 3hours away from the nearest store but to my surprise when I called telkom they told me it has been processed so to me this looks like ***** and no one seems to be assisting me in resolving this matter I will be taking further steps if this matter is not resolved
