Tried to get hold of Apple earlier in the month to report that an employee at their Menlyn iStore assisted a ******** in **********ly open a cell phone contract with my service provider MTN. Logged the call with Appel South Africa and still waiting for feedback from Apple and the store manager, who is most likely in on this *****.
