Apple service is non existing.

I have been locked out of my account since the end of March and no one at Apple can assist me to get it going again. I have requested a reset from Apple. They send me a mail saying they will contact me on the 24 of April. I received no call, message or email from them. When I contacted them again, they said no one can help me I now have to wait till the 13 of May. How in today's world can this take so long. Worst serves I have ever received from a service provider/ company.
