Apple Service Center

I would like to complement the people who are working at the call center of Apple South Africa. I had to cancel my subscription due to the fact that my phone broke. The lady that answered my call was so friendly. The manner she spoke to me made me feel as if I was the only one that matters. She then transferred my call to the account department. Once again, what a wonderful surprise to hear a friendly and patient voice. My call was then transferred to the technical department. Once again, a patient gentleman, Carlos, who helped me. Thanks Apple South Africa for choosing wonderful people to work for you. I would suggest you to any person, especially if if it comes to customer care. May you be blessed. Margery Meijerink.
