I spoken yesterday to an Apple call centre agent agent. The agent advised that it could be the battery which can explode. We discussed the Apple screen replacement program for Apple watch Nike +series 3. I saw on the program that her model 38 mm case A1858 silver alumunium. She couldn't make an online booking at an Apple repair centre. I made a booking for today at Apple Canal Walk for 11h00. The agent looked at the screen and immediately told me - this cracked was caused by my daughter - it doesn't match up with his picture. There are cracks in the one corner with no surface damage. How one sided. I waited a while and went back and asked the one sales agent what is the trade in value of the watch - he looked it up on his computer and gave a ridiculous price of R 102.The attitude of personnel, put the blame squarely on us and service received today was definitely not of a premium product. You pay premium product prices for shocking after sales service. I will replace our other 8 Apple products with other products.
