APPLE POOR SERVICES

my iPhone had I cloud issues I called apple support they told me it take 3 days for them to resolved the issue which means no phone for 3 days no communication from them how far with the query its been 5 days still nothing iam sitting with the handset that I cants use and I still have to pay Vodacom its not far once its fixed iam getting rid of I don't understand why we support usa companies if they will let us down if you go to I Store they tel you contact apple
