Apple poor service

My daughter went to the Clearwater store. The staff need customer service training. The guy told her that there was an issue with all apple series 3 watches and there has been an issue all along. She told they should recall and replace and he said they won’t. Shocking to say the least. If apple want to stay ahead of the pack best you fix your gadgets and poor staff attitudes
