Apple phone problem not resolved

<p>I've been trying to sort out the problem on my phone with Apple SA from 6 Feb 2017.</p> <p>Apple Care case number: ********** 90423.</p> <p>Consultant that assisted me is Kelly Ponti***os.</p> <p>She is very friendly but I have to constantly as for feedback.... She in turn then has to ask for feedback from the technical department.</p> <p>It has been 2 month now since lodging the problem and no resolution has been found. I'm tierd of contacting Kelly to follow up on the progress.</p> <p>I'm very dissapointed in the service received.</p> <p>Can you please do something about my query.</p>
