Apple online support

I contacted the Apple helpline on ***and was put through to a rather foreign sounding guy called Jim. I was having a problem with my Apple account and couldn't update my apps or Cloud storage. Jim used a very clever procedure (rather like Team Viewer) where with an arrow he pointed to where I should click. Jim solved my problem within minutes and it was an absolute pleasure in chatting to him. Well done Apple Inc!
