Apple not really the best cell phone at all

I have an IPhone 6 - which generally I don’t have issues with but as it is an older model Apple seems to not care about us customers. Because the IOS is not updated to the most recent most of the apps and web pages ( safari and chrome) can’t open some web pages due to unsupported browser issues. Also apps cannot update because they need a newer IOS so basically my phone is becoming a paperweight as it does not support anything and Apple does not have any way of contacting them except by phone call. Even their support app does not work or download, because (you guessed it) I need the latest IOS to download it and of course I have an older phone so it is a big slap in the face for a genuine Apple supporter. Not everyone can afford the newer phones but it doesn’t mean we have to suffer with the old models. Does Apple want to lose clients to android just because of an update issue?
