Apple not good.

I bought a Apple MacBook Pro Retina display as it was the best quality available I was told. No problems until it never switched on. Took it to a Apple dealer and they did a couple of tests and told me that the screen had to be replaced and had my computed gone in for the screen recall about one and a half years ago. I said no as I never knew anything about it nor had I been notified about a recall. He asked if it had ever been in for repairs which I said not while I have owned it and I bought it brand new. he told me that it had been opened before to which I said never while I have owned it. At this stage I am a little annoyed with what I am hearing. I took it to another Apple dealer who asked me if I had made a appointment to see them which I said no and I didn't know I had to. Well he can give me only 5 minutes of his time. Took a look at the laptop and said the screen needs to be replaced. Bring R 9000,00 and we can repair it. I asked him why had this happened and he said this does happen. Well I am not impressed. Apple service and prices are way off as they are costly cos its supposed to be the best. Think again people. Call me Dominic ********** 998. I am annoyed. Just buy a new laptop they say like money grows on trees. Try and send a complaint to apple on the web , no go.
