APPLE - " NO SUPPORT" ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

Telephonic and online service support is absolutely pathetic.... My dad lost his previous Apple ID, Apple created a new ID and now his Apple Watch has a activation lock... His original ID is linked to the device and we were asked to email, call and submit the proof of ownership and serial number online...all with no result..

After years of Apple support and having our whole business operate on Mac I have never been so frustrated and disappointed in the product... Seems these call centres have scripts and are based in different countries and can not even work together on resolving a problem...

Every time you contact them they simply give you the same procedure again... after hours of calls and repeating the same process it seems they still can't resolve the problem...

Literally sitting with a product that can't be used due to Apple not executing their own processes....
