apple music charges no subscription

I keep being charged for non existent music subsciption of 69,99. I am receiving the invoice and being charged but when I go onto apple music it asks me to subscribe. I do recall having an apple music subscription, however it has been cancelled. Which is apparent on the app too. I am still being charged monthly for over 4-5 months. I would like a refund
