Apple money making ****

I did a spftware update on my Macbook and it crashed as a result. Now I have to fork out money to have it fixed???????!!!!!! Are you people for real????!!!! If it was not for that update I would still be using my Macbook I'm now inconvenienced Surely this update is a money making **** by Apple so that they can rake in the money fixing this issue when they know their software is faulty. There are overy 600 complaints on the AppleSupport forum complaining of this issue. I'm very ****ed and from now on I'm never purchasing any product of Apple again. Never!!!!!
