<p><br />DEAR SIR / MADAM</p> <p><br />RE : APPLE MACBOOK</p> <p> </p> <p>The computer referenced above was purchased approximately a year and five months ago . In that period,I met up in an accident which has left me paralysed . My Rehabilitation,which is currently ongoing and has been so for the last six months.In this period and the year before,I have hardly used the Laptop.</p> <p><br />A product of the quality of APPLE should last for years and not eighteen months.It is perturbing that this laptop has packed up in such a short period of time.I was quoted an amount of R8999.00 for the logic board to be replaced.This amount is way beyond my means in today's time.</p> <p><br />The damaged to the unit was not of clients negligence but rather a failure of your product .</p> <p><br />As an avid APPLE fan,I would like to know,how can a machine of so called impeccable quality have a lifespan of eighteen months! We have an HP Laptop which is running for eight years and did not once underperform</p> <p><br />I feel that for this short duration of time,APPLE should restore and fix my laptop for a minimum cost.If you stand behind your brand name,this should be a priority.It is not about milking the consumer.</p> <p><br />URGENTLY AWAITING YOUR RESPONSE...</p> <p> </p>
