Apple lost a supporter, not worth the money you pay

<p>I was one of apple biggest fans. I had a Iphone 5, then I got my wife one. Both did not last the two years I had it on a contract. But i love apple's design, so I got us both the new Iphone 6, and got a Ipad for my wife and a Macbook Pro 15 inch for me and a apple tv unit for the house. My wife phone screen cracked. I took it to apple in nelson Mandela square and was informed that they do not repair apple devices or want to be associated with any firm who do repairs, you are on your own!! The same time my Macbook screen got a problem. It looks like they keyboard is scratching the screen. I had no help from apple, I was informed you are on your own! So my Iphone screen will all of a sudden stop respond. Even start phone people or open applications. So I know that from apple I will get no help so I took it to Ifix in Menlon pretoria. The lady said it is the screen that needs to be replaced. But they might have to replace the back plate to. The screen will cost you R2600 and the back R3500. I was not happy with her advice. So I took it to Ifix in Mall of Africa. The lady listened to my problem and said it is probably the mother board. I asked her if they can fix it. She just said sorry do not work on motherboards.</p>
