Apple Itunes removes content

I have recently moved between counties with my Apple ID. I was forced by Itunes to Change Countries and as a result of this I have lost all previous purchased content. I have had twice reached out to Apple Itunes to resolve and have recently been told that the terms and conditions specify that all purchased content will be lost when you transfer without any notification and without any compensation. I was additionally told that I should keep backups of all movies purchased and play these though the backup not from AppleTV as the content will have to be re purchased if I require to do so. As a long time Apple user and falling into the trap of misleading sales pitches of the AppleTV I have procured 2x Apple TV's for the kids to be able to watch their content which was legally procured. Additionally I procured IPads to download some movies for them to keep them occupied during long haul flights. Today I realized that 450 movies previously procured at an approximate cost of S8000 dollars has been taken from my account with no compensation and no warning. In todays Cloud environment where we rely on service providers to honour the service agreements as at the point of sale, Apple support told me that they are sorry but it is the policy to only make available content that you have procured in country on. your account.

This is the 1st step to move me away from Apple to Google as they keep the promise irrespective of your country of purchase and payment method. Google honour the agreement made to your user ID unconditional. Apple you have failed me as a long time user, subscriber and hardware user. None of the current Apple products support the "backup"capacity required to keep all purchased Itunes items.

I am being penalized for moving and being an honest Apple Itunes account holder.

Kind regards Jaco
