Apple iStore Saile's to Customers

I've been waiting for an iPad Pro 512GB or Grater 11 inch since 15 July 2022 on a waiting list. how long am I meant to wait until I should rather chose a new product ? Was At the iStore in the Glen Shopping Center and they got me one and confirmed the stock from Sandton was agreed on and i would have my Device in three-day time. Then I get a call not even from the agent helping me but from a random saying unfortunately the Device was meant for someone else and there is no more again in the country. this is not what a person should expect from a worldwide Company .
