Apple iStore incompetence

I acquired an Applewatch through the Discovery Vitality benefit about 1 year ago. The first one I received had a battery failure after about 6 months and was replaced. The second watch stopped tracking distance and speed whilst cycling and was again handed in to Istore for assessment by CORE. I was then told that the diagnostics had been done and that there was nothing wrong with the watch and to collect.

After collecting it turned out that the same problem was still there and I took it in once again. This time, after the second diagnostics had been done it seems the problem was identified - see attached documents. I have a document indicating that I took the watch in one year and one day after the original watch was given to me. (The one that was already replaced before and therefore 6 months after the replacement watch) And now you want to charge me for a new watch!! And this while I still have to pay Discovery for the Vitality benefit of the original watch. I am completely bowled over by the level of firstly incompetence and secondly arrogance throughout this process.

My family and I own 8 Apple devices between us and we upgrade to Apple every time. If this is not sorted out quite soon I will never purchase or upgrade to an Apple device ever again.
