Apple is not a company that can be trusted and does not offer proper support

Worst support system ever, We even took the iphone to an istore for repair and they refused to help us, just told us to phone apple support which I did and they told me to take the phone to an istore, so what the hell must I do because the istore cannot help me and the support centre also cannot help me!!!!! Apple is a huge disappointment to me, they way that they have treated me is definitely not what they tell the world is their way of doing business.

This problem is also affecting my livelihood as I need my phone for work purposes and this is now starting to lead to a loss of income.
