apple iPhone and the core group -pathetic

<p>I had a charging error that appeared on my iPhone . I took it to the local iStore and they advised me that my phone was part of a batch that had a battery recall . They told me that they will replace the battery and I will get my phone in 7 to 10 days . I only got my phone 18 days later and its still not working . The message was that the battery had been replaced but phone still does not charge . They offered to sell me a refurbished phone but my phone is literally 18 months old .</p> <p>The shocking part is that they cannot trace the fault on the phone . This is now my my 6th iPhone and I'm shocked that Apple cannot diagnose the fault . how can this be possible in this day and age . I called the core group several times but no one even bothers to call me back .</p> <p>This shows me arrognace !!!!!!!</p>
