Apple iphone 12 cracked. Empty bank account

My iphone 12 pro was ****** from my hands 23 sept. They manage to crack passwords etc. Apple do not want to take any responsibility. They said it is imposible to happen. Safest phone in world. Yet it took them 30 minutes to crack all and to empty my bank account. How is this possible
