Apple iPad

I am looking for a confident lawyer to sue apple. I have called them, sent emails and called again. I have a iPad that has activation lock on it. They said I must show proof of purchase then they will unlock it for me. I told them that I do not have it. They told me then they cant help me. I told them then go into my account and check how long I have it. She said they cannot help me. So I mentioned to her then the iPad is useless. So you telling me I must throw it away. She told me that it is my iPad. I can do with it I want. I want to sue them for the IPad only. Is there someone that can assist me on this. They can remove the activation lock if I show proof of purchase, but not by going into the history of the iPad. Don’t tell me they cant.
