Apple ID reset

<p>I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now for Apple to send me my APPLE ID reset details. My account has been blocked, and still no anwer or anything. I have tried to reset my details several times to no avail, and no one gets back to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>THe worst thing is that everytime i reset my details, even though APPLE say that my card will not be charged, IT IS CHARGED WITH R1 everytime i reset or click the details. Absolutely pathetic service, and the fact that they take my money is *****ing. Very very unhappy with apple. </p>
