APPLE ID CREDIT CARD HACKED!! Your credit card details are not safe with the App Store!!

My account was hacked. I used my credit card details to purchase iCloud storage. An amount for that was deducted accordingly, then within hours another larger amount was deducted without my authorization. The payment references were very similar both with 24 characters. Both references starting with the exact same number. I contacted Apple to enquire about this and their response has been very poor. They have not even investigated this as yet after I informed them over two weeks ago. Your credit/debit card details are NOT SAFE with Apple istore!!! I have since discovered that this happens often, I am not the first person it happened to and Apple provides zero assistance into investigating your enquiry if you tell them your account was hacked. Very disappointed. Never using Apple again!
