Apple ICloud HACKED

October my phone was faulty and whilst still under warrantee got replaced by cell C by the above. Previous phone was hacked by who ever cell c sold the salvage to. My recovery email was removed and they changed my recovery cellphone number. Apple can not assist me if I don’t have the new recovery phone number. Having my own business someone somewhere has now got access to my 3000+ clients which is confidential information.

Last resort I opened a second iCloud account and requested Apple to assist me in removing my old one sonjainsurance @gmail .

They requested proof of purchase which I sent (that was the old phone) and the proof of the new one that replaced the faulty phone with R0 invoice. They can’t seem to put this idea together and still refuse to assist as the purchase invoice is reflecting old IMEI which was replaced.

It’s months now that I’ve tried sorting this out I’m so tired and down and out ☹️

I did not know it was possible that a ICLOUD can be hacked. This is so concerning!!!!
