I have been trying to make a booking online for the last week - to bring in a Mac Book pro for re installation at Sandton city or Cresta-.<br> <br> The website is completely useless and does not even allow you to make a booking for December for Cresta- <br> I store also changed the website - which now is even less helpful.<br> <br> I tried to get a number for the I Store in Sandton - but there is only a call center number.<br> <br> This is even less helpful- a lady by the Name of Faith - \said she does not have access to the bookings"- So why do you then have the call center number on the Website to say please call should you have problems with the booking/order.<br> <br> Can I Store Actually provide some service to their customers! this does not exist- I am trying to make a booking at an I store in Sandton city- and still have not had confirmation it is made- I am highly disappointed !"""
