Apple going downhill FAST!!!!!!!

After clicking on 'try 3 months free Apple music' my account was charged, and the Apple music subscription was not even activated. When I called Apple to get a refund they asked me for an order number, which of course i don't have as the charge was just debited off my card (i was notified by text). They said without the order number they cannot refund me. I said this was unacceptable and they disconnected the call. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! Worst service ever!!!!!
