Apple find my iPhone and password reset functions compromised

@Apple my iPhone 14 pro max was ****** yesterday, someone requested a password reset and it eventually updated my device. The find my iPhone functionality was disabled and all this happen within a two hour period. All the emails where sent to me but I did not agree to any action I am still interested in wiping my data from this device. this is the second iPhone that I have lost with similar circumstances, on both phones I had activated the find my iPhone functionality and I had biometric password set up.I am unhappy with the inefficiency of this function can you get the a representative to assist me with the recovery/delete of my data on device. Can you also review your find my iPhone functionality and your password reset process. I am under the impression that it takes more than 24 hours to reset yet it was done within 2 hours
