APPLE FAILED TO RECOVER MY ICLOUD ACCOUNT AFTER MY PHONE WAS SNATCHED!!

On 26 April 2023 my phone was snatched out of my hand and the men drove off. I tried to log into my i-cloud to trace it but out of panic and shock I could not remember my password and it was blocked. On 27 April 2023 I called Apple and explained what happened and gave them all my personal details that they required to prove that the account is mine. The lady I spoke to promised me that after 24 hours Apple will send me an email with instructions on how to reset my password. After 24 hours I got an email from Apple saying they will "CALL OR TEXT ME ON 18 MAY 2022 ONCE MY ACCOUNT IS READY TO RECOVER." So Apple took away every little chance of me tracing my phone and finding it. I have also discovered that these people managed to hack into my bank account and withdrew money.

I am very angry, hurt and disappointed at Apple for failing to reset my i-cloud password after I went through such a horrific experience. On 4 May I called Apple AGAIN, I was told the same story that there is nothing they can do I have to wait for 18 May 2023 to recover my account. Those people are out there with my personal information that's on my i-cloud and I cant do anything about it and i cant even trace my phone.
