Istore brooklyn and probably Apple itself is *******. Claimed airpods handed in for repair was not financially repairable. Bought a new set and found out a day later that they never removed the blocked plastic left earpiece. Removing the piece of plastic and replacing it with a new set fixed the problem. Upon returning the bought set 2 days after purchase informed that they do not allow airpods to be returned.
