Apple do not need customers

My i phone 5S purchared at Bloemfontein waterfront Apple i store, suddenly developed a technical problem.<br> I took it to the above mentioned i store for technical repairs.<br> The phone could not be repaired in Bloemfontein.<br> Suprise to find out that there is no working spare phone available.<br> It would take 48 hours - 96 hours for repairs.<br> My phone is a critical part of my business and practise.<br> I tried to make the staff working in Bloemfontein Waterfront Apple i store, aware of my problem.<br> Sorry sir we cannot help you.<br> Sorry this is not good enough - We, the customers are willing to pay a premium for a premium product BUT<br> unfortunately not backed up by a premium service.<br> <br> Dr Hendrik van Wyk<br>
