Apple deleting my data for music movies and more

I have had my MacBook Air for almost 2 years now and all of a sudden my movies, photos and music data is being deleted off of my laptop and when I retry to download it, it does. I then tried to complain online and it is absolutely impossible or they tell you its something they can't fix. I spent thousands of rand on apple products which are all just bombing out on me. Very very unimpressed. Can someone please help me get in contact with apple support.
