Apple Debited R999.99 unauthorized from my business

Apple debited R999.99 from my business for Video Maker subscription that was cancelled last year. They took the same amount last and I asked them to return it because I had unsubscribed, they reversed it within hours.

Now they debited again and I have to communicate with them since last week for this reversal, but every option they give me to rectify the matter does not work.
