Apple billing

Be careful with apple. I payed for an app called strong VPN and since last year 25/05 strong VPN stopped getting the money from apple for my service. And every month i pay for the service. I send 3 emails to the non existing customer service. And tried to cancel my subscription but i still get billed for the subscription. I am about to find out if the SAPS or interpol can open an ******** investigation into apple as to where my money went to that i payed
